With the 1.31.x versions you can update the points costs to the latest values published, which will be tournament legal next 10th of July 2019.
You can later choose use the old or new values in the Configuration screen, where you will find a switcher.
I have also updated the image packs in non-English languages. You can download them from the Configuration screen.
I have also updated the Quick Reference Guide (in the Library) with some new terms and added descriptions of the effects of the remaining devices.
Additionally, the different updates of the app have fixed some bugs I found along the way.
